Last week we celebrated “World Down Syndrome Day.”  Many friends and family shared photos supporting Amy and this day.  It is a dream come true to see the impact she has made on those around her.  Here are some of the posts Amy’s friends made:

Kennedy:

Having a friend like Amy is one of the greatest things, because she always sees the good in people.  She can light up a room simply by walking into it, something not many people can do.  I love the way she doesn’t let anything bother her and how she lives life to the fullest every day.  Our friendship is the type where we don’t get to see each other every day, but when we do see each other, it’s like no time has past since the last time.  I’m so glad we met in 3rd grade and are still friends today.

I am so blessed to have Amy and the Felts in my life. Amy has taught me more than anyone ever can. Her and her family are amazing and I literally can not express how grateful I am. I’ll forever appreciate her!

Kalley:

Amy truly has had the greatest impact on my outlook of life. Amy is the most beautiful friend I could ever ask for, inside and out. Her smile and laugh is so contagious. She can make a bad day turn into a better day and always knows when I’m feeling down. Amy is truly a blessing to all of her family and friends she has grown up with. We cherish her and her attitude. My life would not be the same without Amy in it ❤
